U16s NATIONAL LEAGUE TRIALS 24/25

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨Our U16s are going National League 💥For the first time at any age group, the Grizzlies will be entering a team at U16s level into the National League. After an incredible few years, we're making this step up at U16s level to continue our club's growth, looking to make a big impact at the highest level of youth basketball.Trials for the U16s NL squad will take place as follows:Saturday 25th May1.30pm - 4.30pm📍 CHS Sports CentreAs with our other age groups, these trials will hold weight for squad selection, but we strongly recommend any players looking to get involved attend our regular Monday evening Open Sessions (8pm @ Eaton Bank Academy)The U16s group is intended for players moving into school Years 10+11 in September.Any questions at this point just get in touch, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Get your diaries out 👀 - our 2024 AGM & Awards Evening is set for FRIDAY 14TH JUNE.We invite all members and followers of Congleton Grizzlies Basketball Club to join us at this year's event. This year, our hosts are our friends at The Cygnet Club, Congleton, with the event running 6.30pm 'til 10pm.We'll begin with the AGM, including a review of the year, run through our plans and investments for next season, meet and vote in the club's committee, and then host a Q&A session for everyone to have their say, and ask those all important questions to the club.Then... (drum roll) THE AWARDS! 🏆

3x3 SESSIONS

⛹️⛹️‍♀️⛹️‍♂️Starting on FRIDAY 10TH MAY, we're starting an exciting new 3x3 League! 💥Sessions will be held on Fridays, held at CHS Sports Centre every fortnight and are 2 hours in length running 7pm > 9pm.Sessions are available to ALL Junior ballers and its a great way to keep the games coming in the close-season period. Sessions run up to the beginning of the next regular season.💥 Starting Friday 10th May🏀 Held every 2 weeks (alternating Fridays with the Coach Ando Shooting/Workout sessions)⏰ 7pm - 9pm📍 CHS Sports Centre, Congleton✅ £8.00 per session📲 Book in via GymcatchGet in touch if you want any more information and get yourself ready for some fast paced 3x3 basketball!

Introducing our new COACH ANDO Player Development Clinic - with sessions taking place fortnightly on FRIDAYS, starting this FRIDAY 3RD MAY!2 Sessions available to join;🏀 SHOOTING SESSION: 7PM-8PM💪 INTENSE WORKOUT: 8PM-9PMEach session, run by Head Coach Ryan Anderson, are all about player development - targeting the ways you can take your game to the next-level 🔥- Held every two weeks: i.e. Fri 3rd May / 17th May / 31st May onwards throughout the off-season.- Players can book onto either 1-hour session, or both sessions for the full 2-hours.- Venue: CHS Sports Centre- £4.50 per session. Limited slots available.
